Expanded access for specified government agencies pursuant to California Rule of Court 2.540 is now available. Please contact the appropriate division for information on remote access.
Effective February 26, 2024, expanded access for specified parties and attorneys pursuant to California Rules of Court 2.515, 2.517, 2.518, 2.519, 2.520, 2.521 and 2.522 is available.
If an individual is eligible for the access described above, CRC 2.523 requires that the court verify the identify of the individual prior to granting access. The below forms of identification are acceptable for identify verification:

Under California Rule of Court 2.504(b), unless electronically certified by the court, a trial court record available by electronic access is not the official record of the court. To obtain a certified copy of a trial court record, contact the appropriate division during normal business hours.
The ability to search case data/access electronic case files requires users to create/register for an account.
